Doç. Dr. Anı Çinpolat – Özgeçmiş

  • Doç. Dr. Anı Çinpolat, 1981 yılında Ankara’da doğmuştur. İlk ve orta öğrenimini Ankara’da tamamladıktan sonra, Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nden 2004 yılında mezun olmuştur.
  • Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi uzmanlık eğitimini Akdeniz Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı’nda 2004–2011 yılları arasında tamamlamıştır.
  • 2011 yılında, Türk Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Derneği tarafından İzmir’de düzenlenen yeterlilik sınavını başarıyla geçerek Yeterlilik Belgesi almaya hak kazanmıştır. Aynı yıl, European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) tarafından Belçika ve Yunanistan’da yapılan yazılı ve sözlü sınavları başarıyla tamamlayarak Avrupa Yeterlilik Sertifikası almaya hak kazanmıştır.
  • Uzmanlık eğitimi süresince yoğun bir mikrocerrahi deneyimi edinen Dr. Çinpolat, bu dönemde çok sayıda deneysel ve klinik çalışmada yer almış;ulusal ve uluslararası kongrelerde birçok sözlü ve yazılı bildiri sunmuştur.
  • Akdeniz Üniversitesi’nde, dünyanın ilk rahim nakli, Türkiye’nin ilk kol nakli ve yüz nakli ameliyatlarını gerçekleştiren ekibin aktif bir üyesi olarak görev almıştır.
  • 2012 yılında Londra Moorfields Eye Hospital’da göz çevresi cerrahisi alanında observership programına katılmıştır (3–21 Eylül 2012). Ayrıca Türk Plastik Cerrahi Derneği Temel Mikrocerrahi Kursu’nda eğitmen olarak görev almıştır (19–24 Ocak 2015).
  • 2012–2013 yılları arasında Devlet Hizmet Yükümlülüğü’nü Adana Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde tamamlamış; bu dönemde çok sayıda yanık hastasının tedavi ve takibini üstlenmiştir. Yanık hastalarında ayak defektlerine yönelik yeni bir flep tekniği geliştirmiş ve bu deneyimlerini VI. Ulusal Rekonstrüktif Mikrocerrahi Kongresi’nde konuşmacı olarak paylaşmıştır.
  • Daha sonra Antalya’da Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan ile birlikte Ömer Özkan Kliniği bünyesinde yaklaşık 3 yıl çalışmış; bu süreçte özellikle skar (iz) tedavileri ve meme cerrahisi alanlarında yoğunlaşmıştır.
  • Dr. Çinpolat, 2018–2021 yılları arasında İstinye Üniversitesi Kök Hücre ve Doku Mühendisliği Yüksek Lisans Programı’nı tamamlamıştır.
    2018–2024 yılları arasında Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmış ve tıp fakültesi öğrencilerine ders vermiştir.
  • Halen İstanbul’da kurucuları arasında yer aldığı Anka Estetik Cerrahi’de mesleki çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir. Uluslararası hakemli dergilerde yayımlanmış ve yayımlanma aşamasında olan 30’un üzerinde bilimsel çalışması bulunmaktadır.

Assoc. Prof. Anı Çinpolat, MD – Curriculum Vitae

Assoc. Prof. Anı Çinpolat was born in 1981 in Ankara, Türkiye. After completing his primary and secondary education in Ankara, he graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2004.

He completed his residency training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery between 2004 and 2011.

In 2011, he successfully passed the qualification examination organized by the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in İzmir and was awarded the National Board Certification. In the same year, he passed both the written and oral examinations conducted by the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) in Belgium and Greece, earning the European Board Certification.

During his residency, Dr. Çinpolat gained extensive experience in microsurgery, participated in numerous experimental and clinical studies, and presented many oral and poster presentations at national and international congresses.
At Akdeniz University, he was an active member of the surgical team that performed the world’s first uterus transplantation, as well as Türkiye’s first arm and face transplantation surgeries.

In 2012, he participated in an observership program in periocular surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London (September 3–21, 2012). He also served as an instructor in the Basic Microsurgery Course organized by the Turkish Society of Plastic Surgery (January 19–24, 2015).

Between 2012 and 2013, he completed his compulsory public service at Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital, where he managed and treated a large number of burn patients. During this period, he developed a novel flap technique for foot defects in burn patients and shared his clinical experience as a speaker at the 6th National Congress of Reconstructive Microsurgery.

Following this, he worked for approximately three years at the Ömer Özkan Clinic in Antalya alongside Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan, focusing particularly on scar (cicatrix) treatments and breast surgery.

Dr. Çinpolat completed his Master’s Degree in Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering at İstinye University between 2018 and 2021.
From 2018 to 2024, he served as a faculty member at Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Medicine, where he lectured medical students.

He currently continues his professional practice in Istanbul at Anka Estetik Cerrahi, where he is one of the founding partners. He has authored and co-authored more than 30 scientific publications published or in press in international peer-reviewed journals.
